What we do
For a vehicle that isn’t registered in NSW: rego lapsed more than three months, interstate, imported or no plates. Bring it to our Auburn workshop. $82, $51 for a motorcycle or from $42 for a caravan or trailer.
The yearly safety check to renew NSW rego, done in person at our workshop. Pick a time, bring it in and we’ll lodge the result. $52, $29 for a motorcycle or from $27 for a caravan or trailer.
Inspections, servicing and repairs for your business’s cars, utes and vans. Tell us how many you have and when they can come in, and we’ll quote it and work through the bookings with you.
Bring your car in and we’ll service it to the schedule in its logbook, then stamp the book. $355 base price. If the pink slip is due too, book both together for $407.
Brakes, batteries, steering and suspension, or a warning light that won’t go out. Bring it to the workshop and we’ll tell you what it needs and what it costs before we start.
If the vehicle can’t be driven in safely, we can tow it to our workshop for its inspection or repairs. Tell us where it is and we’ll give you a price.
How it works
Step 1: Book online
Pick a day and a time window. That confirms your booking straight away.
Step 2: Keep your confirmation
We text and email it to you with the time you’re booked in for. It shows the vehicle is booked in for its inspection, so keep it with you on the way in.
Step 3: Bring it to Auburn
Come to 196 Parramatta Road at the time on your confirmation. Allow up to an hour for a blue slip, or 30 to 45 minutes for a pink slip.
Step 4: Get your result and pay
A pass gives you your pink slip or blue slip report. If something needs fixing, we show you what. Either way, you pay by cash or card once it’s done.

Yes. In NSW you can drive an unregistered vehicle by the most direct or convenient route to an authorised inspection station while you’re getting it registered. Police can ask you to show the trip is for that, and the NSW Government recommends booking an inspection that can be checked with the examiner. Your booking confirmation, by text and email, is exactly that. The vehicle must still be safe to drive.

Yes, if there’s room. You pick a day, then morning (9am to 12pm), afternoon (12pm to 4pm) or both. The booking form shows today and tomorrow first, if they’re free. When you book, we put you in at the first free hour in the times you picked, and your confirmation gives the time. Allow up to an hour.
A blue slip is $82 and a pink slip is $52 for a car, SUV, ute or van. For a motorcycle they’re $51 and $29, and for a caravan or trailer $60 and $41 with brakes, or $42 and $27 without. Prices include GST, and you pay at the workshop, by cash or card. Additional costs may apply depending on the specifications or modifications of your vehicle.
We inspect vehicles with modifications that meet NSW’s standard rules, but not heavily modified vehicles. Modifications may mean a design check as well, which costs extra depending on the vehicle. We’ll give you a quote before we do the inspection. Not sure? Call us on 1300 693 017 before you book.
