Towing to our Auburn workshop
If the vehicle can’t be driven in safely, we can tow it here for its inspection or repairs.
Towing is quoted, so ask us for a price before we book it.
What to tell us
- Where the vehicle is
- The make and model, and the rego if it has one
- Why it can’t be driven
- When you’d like it at the workshop
When a tow makes sense
An unregistered vehicle can be driven to its inspection, but only if it’s safe to drive. If it isn’t, or it won’t start, we can tow it to our workshop instead.
Tell us where it is and what it needs, and we’ll give you a price before we book the tow.

What towing costs
Quoted for each tow
There’s no set price, because it depends on where the vehicle is. Ask us for a price before we book it.
What the price covers
- Getting the vehicle to our workshop
- The price agreed before we book it
What we don’t do
- Roadside repairs or call-outs
- Inspections away from the workshop
Before you come in
How long it takes
It depends on where the vehicle is. We’ll tell you when we give you the price.
What to tell us
- Where the vehicle is
- The make and model, and the rego if it has one
- Why it can’t be driven
- What it needs: a blue slip, a pink slip or a repair
How soon you can come in
Ask us and we’ll tell you when we can bring it in. The tow isn’t booked online, so call, text or send us a message.
Ask us a question
Once it’s at the workshop
We do the inspection or repairs it came in for. If it fails a blue slip or pink slip, we show you what needs fixing and can quote the repairs here.

Questions about towing
Can’t see yours? Ask us a question, or call or text.
No. Call us or send a question and we’ll give you a price. You can still book the blue slip or pink slip online.
No. We tow the vehicle to our workshop and do the work there.
Yes. In NSW you can drive an unregistered vehicle by the most direct or convenient route to an authorised inspection station while you’re getting it registered. Police can ask you to show the trip is for that, and the NSW Government recommends booking an inspection that can be checked with the examiner. Your booking confirmation, by text and email, is exactly that. The vehicle must still be safe to drive.
